Klipsch introduces Austin, Nashville and Detroit Bluetooth speakers

Klipsch has unveiled its Music City Series of Bluetooth speakers, which features Austin, Nashville and Detroit. All utilise Bluetooth 5.3 allowing the user to move the speaker up to 10m from the source, a built-in mic so music can be paused to take a call without searching for your phone plus they are all rated at IP67 for protection from dust and up to 1m of water for 30 minutes.

The speakers work with the Klipsch Connect App, which brings custom EQ settings and over-the-air firmware updates. The Detroit and Nashville models are claimed to deliver up to 24 hours of play time per battery charge, while the Austin is good for 12 hours.

The Detroit offering measures 333 x 105 x 122mm (WxHxD), weighs 2.5kg and features dual 76mm drivers, dual 25mm tweeters and quad force cancelling passive radiators. The Nashville measures 178 x 78 x 81mm, weighs 970g and features dual 57mm drivers and dual passive radiators, while the Austin has 105 x 105 x 44mm dimensions, weighs in at 397g and boasts a single 38mm driver and dual passive radiators.
